One or more experienced bartenders, depending on guest count and drink options.
Service Equipment (Ice Tubs, Coolers for Beer & Wine, Shakers, Strainers, Bar Blades, Wine Openers, Pour Spouts, Ice Scoops, Jigger & Bar Spoons, Bar Towels, Napkin Caddy, Condiment Trays, Knife, Cutting Board, Squeeze Bottles & Juice Carafes.
Setup and cleaning of the trailer
What’s Not Included
Booze. We carry general liability insurance to cover our trailers and servers. A permanent storefront is necessary for liquor sales, so you or your host venue must provide the alcohol for your event. We can deliver your alcohol (see Courier Service package above) and will be happy to help you determine the quantity required.
Electricity. Please have one standard 120-volt outlet available for our use. We will bring an extension cord and conceal it for safety and minimal visibility
Trailer décor… silk flowers, additional signage, hay bales, chalkboard calligraphy, fresh cut flowers, etc, but we can arrange with a bit of advance notice!
